I can't imagine being an editor for a major magazine publication and thinking an "expose about how 1 comedian may have lied about certain aspects in his shows that still don't affect the overarching points or the comedy of the show" was a good idea. Imagine that deep of a dive for a politician.
I'm watching right now and the amount of effort Hasan is going into to debunk the claims is impressive, but also saddens me that the New Yorker is doing this to him as opposed to somebody who actually deserves it.
