The second person here would be the user. Each user would have to write their own app. That sounds like a recipe for-... fun. Lots of fun.

Wasn't that effectively Alien Blue? Until they shut it down of course.

Yep! the period of time between when reddit bought alien blue and just paid the developers to keep working on it, and shutting down that app and making an official app, is the closest thing there is to a second party app.

Yeah didn’t they buy alien blue to ‘make their app better’ but I don’t understand why they did that because their app is still terrible
