Watch Star Trek in bed. Or more realistically listen to Star Trek as my eyes will be closed.

Such a nice way to pass the time. :)
I always lay in bed and play Minecraft when I'm sick. I didn't grow up with Minecraft, and I really don't understand the intricacies of it, but a few years ago I had pneumonia and Minecraft was the only game I could figure out through the brain fog. To this day I always pick it back up and start a new game whenever I'm under the weather. It's just so peaceful and charming. It cheers me up right away.
Watch ElectroBOOM videos. He provides good comedy with scientific knowledge.
Thanks for this! I have a new time filler ...
I already watched all of them
Be left 100% alone
Just play low-stakes casual games. I swear I associate getting sick with playing Bejeweled 3 in bed now.
Take the day off work. Knowing that I can just be under the bed covers and I don't have to even hear about a work issue.
Take meds and suffer in silence
Lipton chicken and noodles, crackers, Gatorade and The Price Is Right on Pluto
Mint tea and thin mint Girl Scout cookiesβ¦ I donβt really either at any other time, but if Iβm under the weather, nothing sounds good to eat. I do my best to drink water and stay hydrated, but guzzling water all day when I do t feel good is a chore. So Iβll have tea and cookies instead.
Iβm so habituated that itβs frequently when I realize that I AM sick, because Iβll find myself looking in the cupboard for thin mints.
Work. It takes my mind off being sick if possible. I also like working while sick because it means I can use my paid sick leave as extra holiday.
Then you run the risk of getting other people sick that way. Unless you can't afford it, and/or don't have the sick time, you should never go to work sick unless you work alone. If you do anyway, you're not being smart, just irresponsible.
Yes obviously but I work from home.
If that is the case, then yeah you're totally cool. Though I would argue that it did not seem, all that obvious judging from your comment text.
There are a lot of assholes out there after all.
Fruit juice, vitamin C, fruit.
