Anyone have any idea what this is and how to heal it? 4 of my 10 tomato plants have this, and they're the smallest. Is it just genetics?

Leaf miners - worms inside the leaves. Not a huge problem in tomatoes. But if they spread to greens like spinach or kale, you either throw the leaves away or get extra protein (yuck).

Should I just prune those leaves that are infected, or use something like a spray? I have a spray bottle with a small amount of dishwash soap and spirit alcohol diluted in water which ive used in the past quite effectively
