Hey thanks for bringing this to our attention. The issue is with us Beehaw.org specifically. Attempting to determine why some apps are having issues, but the website isn't. Try using the PWA for the time being.

Thanks for doing the most king

for what it's worth, Sync had similar issues for me this morning, but then they had an update that i installed and that fixed it. Not sure what that means, but just putting it out there if it helps you diagnose.

Certainly does, thanks!

Eternity doesn't show beehaw content either.

I have this happen with my Beehaw account. Works fine with my lemmy.ca account. Probably just have to wait on the next Jerboa release for a bug fix.

Same here with v0.0.46. It appears to crash whenever it's supposed to display a post. Inbox works, Profile works, Settings works, but Home crashes as soon as it's finished loading. Force-closing the app, emptying its cache and rebooting the phone don't fix it.

EDIT: Crash log, in case anybody can use it:

Also seeing the issue with Connect for Lemmy, giving this error:

Error

An error occurred when retrieving from beehaw.org. Details: type 'Null' is not a subtype of type 'bool' in type cast

[–] Penguincoder 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Should be fixed and operational for l apps like Jerboa now. Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

[–] furrowsofar 2 points 1 year ago

Jerboa seems to work now for me anyway. Thanks.

Same here with Sync. I didn't know what was happening as I was able to access beehaw via web, so I tried other apps. Voyager and Thunder crashed too. Looks like it was a beehaw issue as other accounts on other instances worked.

Thanks for the report. Please try again now.
