This seems really fun even though I can't tell if it's good. In EDH I can see Grixis theft decks slotting it right in because it draws, ramps, and even steals!

Oh man, one of my friends loves playing other people's cards, and has built basically every commander that does so, or at least makes it a major theme. Finally he gets to steal at a pretty good rate, instant speed reverse divination is good and the dragon is a nice kicker
So it's literally been decades since I last played Magic, but quick questions. 1) how do you "un-exile" said cards? and 2) what's the point of the treasure token?
