When I read articles like this, my first thought is that it's a good thing we're in the process of making cultured meat, and vertical indoor hydroponics, because we're gonna need it really soon to address a worldwide hunger issue. I have confidence we'd survive through a major climate shift, but holy crap is it gonna be ugly if we don't ramp up our redundant sources.
