People are going to 100% get stoned as hell and play this. It's going to be a blast or an actual nightmare experience.
I could never play a platformer or any fast-paced game after getting stoned I would absolutely suck. Taking actual mushrooms might be a different story though.
This looks like some fever dream "Super Mario: 'Shroom Tales" and I'm all for it.
This looks so cute, I love the artstyle! The "new" series felt so sterile so having something more stylized is a great change. Also, playable Daisy!? In this economy?
The art direction and general vibes of this are so kooky, weird, and fun. A quantum leap compared to NSMB.

The trailer oozes creativity. This should be refreshing after ~15 years of New Super Mario Bros.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this gives Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze a run for its money.
I'm looking forward to this! It looks a lot more inventive and innovative than the NSMB series, which feel a little stale for me these days.
