Just crosspost it. The points don't matter here. The only time I'd hesitate and ask is if it was very clearly OC.

If your post meets the following criteria, it's welcome here!
- Open-ended question
- Not offensive: at this point, we do not have the bandwidth to moderate overtly political discussions. Assume best intent and be excellent to each other.
- Not regarding using or support for Lemmy: context, see the list of support communities and tools for finding communities below
- Not ad nauseam inducing: please make sure it is a question that would be new to most members
- An actual topic of discussion

I think even if it's OC, it's fine if you very clearly credit it.
No creative is gonna get angry at someone going "hey check out this cool content I found by this person"
This is technically about using Lemmy so breaks rule #3. However, it's a good question and I haven't seen it lately, so putting away the mod hammer.
When you post something online, it’s generally assumed that crossposting might happen (unless it’s posted on a site that specifically doesn’t allow crossposting). I would think that if the OP really didn’t want you to crosspost, they’d explicitly say so in their post. If they don’t, it’s on them, not you.
Generally, I’d say crossposting is fine - but be sure to include attribution if it’s a creative work.
News article, discussion, opinion...all fine. I would not crosspost Cosplay or art work. Obv, nudes are a no-go.
