Left to right; Blueberry Lavender, Red Currant, Pomegranate, Peach, Plain.

I did this to determine what I wanted to make 5 gallons of, and the blueberry lavender was the winner.

Apples are a really nice clean palette to experiment with a lot of flavors.

How much lavender did you add to the blueberry lavender cider?

12 grams (about 9 tea bags), added during secondary.

It has a very delicate floral aftertaste. Could probably have doubled the amount of lavender, but I was being cautious since I didn't want it to taste like perfume.
