The Vegan Chinese Kitchen by Hannah Che has been a favorite of mine this year. Every recipe I've tried from it tastes phenomenal. Great balance of quick/simple vs more complex/rewarding recipes.

I love Bosh!. It has some great dishes for a dinner party, but also some simple things like Hummus and Baba Ganoush.

I love the Veganomicon. It's one I can just sit down and read and the recipes are top notch.

I love the how not to die and how not to diet books. It was my first pick based solely on the large colored photos of the food on every other page. 1/2 recipe. 1/2 picture of the book.

I've been meaning to get that book. I've enjoyed Vegan Richa's Instant Pot Cookbook. Also, not a cookbook, but I love the recipes from Addicted to Dates -- the tiramisu is amazing.

Ooh, I don't have the Instant Pot one - but if it's anywhere close to how amazing Vegan Richa's Indian Kitchen is, I need to add it to my shopping list!
