Looks like Newcastle is about 5~10c cooler that other parts of UK this week. You feeling jealous or smug about it?

actually yes. I have a colleague working in London who is just about ready to pack bags and head back to eastern Europe, poor bugger.

I honestly thought London had aircon everywhere, turns out no.

I WFH, along with all my colleagues. They're all in London and they're complaining about the heat.

Personally I think under 25c is tolerable, over that and things start to get uncomfortable

It's still unbearable around here but at least it's slightly less unbearable than other places. Confound this heat! I'm a creature of the night!
