So much for "states rights". It was always just another lie.

Always has been too. Even before the war fought over "states' rights", they were trying to tell northern states they couldn't not return slaves to the south. Their own assertions fall apart at the first attempt at fact checking.

No shit? All democrats in power need to be talking about how their are going to add Justices to the supreme court. Anything they do will be struck down by this lawless court using their stupid made up "Major Questions" doctrine which makes them unelected god kings.

Anyone listening to what Republicans have been saying knows it's not just abortion in their crosshairs - They want to go after birth control too.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

People are fine shitting all over the Constitution when it's shit they want but now you're all pissed? There's a reason this shit was there from the beginning and everyone watered it down again and again and now this dumb shit is happening and it's just your chickens coming home to roost.

I recall during Drumpf's presidency that blue states had to gang together on certain issues when the federal government overstepped. I'd like to think that'll happen again if they try this.

You expect all 50 states will just roll over and accept this?
Seems like a ludicrous take, but alright.

Sorry, I’m just not very optimistic at this point.

It’s the only consistent position you can advocate for if you think life begins at conception.
