Same.
Itβs an amazing thing to have a βmodularβ laptop but the pricing, at least for now, is too much for me.
Though I hope weβll see more of the same kind of modular tech in the future.
I'd want a custom cyberdeck that somehow integrates a ZSA Moonlander and an eink screen!
Something with all open-source firmware. If in fact such a laptop exists.
Take a look at the Clevo NV41.
purism laptops look really good for this. I think system 76 does a pretty good job about opening the firmware on their computers.
Here are a few:
- MNT Reform Laptop (with all the trimmings)
- TUXEDO Stellaris 15 gen4
- Slimbook Titan
- Framework Laptop 16
I've actually been kind of anti-VR. But I would totally get an Apple Vision Pro.
It actually addresses a number of issues I have with the current gen of vr
If money was no object the top of the line M2 MacBook... Just to mess around with Asahi Linux
I really want the ROG flow. It looks pretty cool.
SimulaVR founder's edition. I keep looking at it and want to preorder so bad.
Iβve got a 16β MBP M1 Ultra and I absolutely love it!
The framework is gorgeous too, for very different reasons π
