Madoka and Yagate Kimi ni Naru, their relationships feel the most genuine to me o-o

I think I'd have to go with Yuru Yuri, the humor just meshes with me. I also really liked Can't Defy The Lonely Girl.

Lycoris Recoil has been my favorite so far. the yuri isn't overwhelming and it's just constantly charming when it's happening.

As far as anime goes, I’ll vote for Bloom Into You and The Demon Girl Next Door. Also, going to tentatively include Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, though I don't know how that relationship will end. Manga is a bit harder to narrow down, given the number of options.
