Love it. Try putting it on Mac and cheese with a little extra Cheddar thrown in. So good.

It's an affront to everything good and holy in the world.
Agreed, it was the one thing my wife and I were looking forward to as we passed through Ohio on a road trip to coastal NC. It was a massive letdown. I don't know how they ruined it so hard.
If you expect Cincinnati chili to be anything like real chili, you're going to hate it. If you throw expectations out the window? It's pretty good.
I dislike the taste of cinnamon in chili.
I despise it. I have nothing against people who do…it just doesn’t taste good to me.
I'm not from Cincinnati but I think it's good. The spices are a cool spin on chili
Not a big fan of chili since I'm vegetarian. But some of my friends that went to school down there will literally fight over who has better Chili Skyline or Gold Star... I find their heated discussions rather entertaining...
I remember skyline having a vegetarian chili for a limited time. I remember it taking pretty close to the original recipe.
They still have it.
Weird. Like a sour patch version of chili
It's grown on me since I've moved here. I think some of the smaller chains and local places have better chili, but for satisfying a craving it's not bad.
No opinion on Skyline vs. Gold Star, either. I'll eat both.
I had a buddy who went to UC so we went down and had it at the original skyline. It's fine. I like my homemade version better.
I thought it was perfectly fine. I've only been to Cincy twice, but I enjoyed a skyline chili dog each time. I thought it was a pretty cool city despite what everyone told me about it (primarily residents).
It's one of those things for me that breaks category, being so dissimilar to what I think of as chili. If I'm not evaluating it as chili, I like it. Great over spaghetti noodles with some raw chopped white onion.
I'm ok with it. Grossed my son out on a road trip last year. I'm pretty much an omnivore.
Visited Cincy with the family last year. We like to try the local foods, but I couldn't bring myself to try the chili. Which is funny, because I like my chili with macaroni noodles and some shredded cheese on top.
