i use it as my primary drawing software, although i don't draw that much and don't know my way around it very well. it's very good, and i'm glad FOSS has a credible alternative in the space these days--previously i tried to use GIMP for this but to put it politely: i hate GIMP, and it has so many deficiencies it's not even funny. (even GIMP defenders will admit this)

I use Krita on my GNU/Linux Trisquel. I am not an artist (yet) and I don't know how to draw but I use the app when I'm bored. I still don't know my way around the app but I think the app is very powerful for artists.
I plan to make a manga and draw anime there. I don't know where to start tho since I'm a complete beginner. I bought a cheap drawing tablet but haven't touched it since the end of 2022 lol.
I plan to draw as a hobby.
Besides Krita I also have MyPaint
@Witch Yep! Haven't used anything else either. But honestly, I don't really feel the need to, as Krita is more than enough for what I need.
Its become my go to art software for the past few years. I recommend it to everyone since its one of the better free art programs that I've found.
