Oh we won’t forget his constant defund the CBC screed, not at all. The North Remembers.

It's the same strategy as Trump with Project 2025: deny or remain silent about all your most unpopular plans to damage the country, and only reveal them when you start doing them after getting elected.
Don't let Poilievre get elected. He wants to transform Canada into the same kind of hellscape as the USA, and he isn't even honest enough to say so.
History teaches us what power-hungry men do with honest and unbiased media.
In the case of the USA, that history is currently the present.
Funding the CBC IS putting Canada first.
Sure, anyone with half a brain and awareness of the ownership of a broad swath of Canadian news sources knows that. It's also exactly why ~pp~ wanted to defund it
Dumb comment.
Doesn't matter the reason, he said it once...that's his plan. He wants what trump is building...silence those that don't agree and all news comes from his misinformation campaign manager who sleeps with lobalws to push to privatize the government
PP was never going to defund CBC, saying they're going to cut BBC is ol' reliable for Torys across the pond. It's all bluster to rile up the victim mindset that is baked into conservative media.
"Trump will never implement Project 2025, he's just saying that stuff to rile people up"
How's that working out then ?
If pp says they'll cut funding to Cbc believe him.
And is he still shying away from public media on his tour planes and buses?
