"A rising tide raises all ships." I'm personally just happy to see further acceptance of the fediverse as a whole and believe that as it becomes more normalized as a concept Lemmy will see a slow spillover of more users

Exactly! I hadn't used Twitter in almost 15 some odd years and because I started in Lemmy, I learned about mastodon.
While I'm not a daily user, I still have an account.
I'm going to be setting up a pixelfed account soon.
And loops once it's stable.
Lemmy continues to be where I spend the majority of my time.
Just so you know, you can login to pixelfed with your mastodon account. I assume they'll add that feature to loops as well if they haven't yet.
Can you log on to mastodon from pixelfed account?
Not that I'm aware of. For pixelfed, you still have to go through account setup when logging in from your mastodon for the first time, so I think it is just a feature implemented from the developers of pixelfed.
Let's post that meme once Piefed gets mobile apps
It won’t be long before there’s more options.
🤞
I guess you heard that there's a Thunder port working for it now. Meanwhile the web UI is growing by leaps and bounds, like it just added an inline comment feature. It would help to have more developers working on it, particularly front-end iirc, but even so it's such a ridiculously faster pace than Lemmy it hardly compares (except Lemmy's head start was measured in years, which makes it all the more notable then how close PieFed is to having caught up already!?).
I want it so bad. I love Firefox but it is fairly slow on my cell. And caching would be a dream.
Just fyi if you like it, you should donate. The project looks very much like a passion project.
Go fediverse! 🤩
quickly
I would hope the Instagram and YouTube alternatives are bigger than the Reddit alternative.
If you say so.
Weird how people don't like getting banned for stupid shit
