I have been using showrss for very long time to get a rss feed of my tv shows. unfortunately they dont support more than 1080p. I've been looking to upgrade to something that allow me to automate downloads that supports 4k and HDR releases of shows. I don't have access to any private tracker atm.

I currently use the software flexget to automate my downloading, if that is important.

what are my options?

honestly. why did you even bother writing this answer? if you think my question is dumb just ignore it.

That was a perfectly good answer. I have 2 sonarr setups with one exclusively for 4k content. If you configure it correctly it's completely automatic.

It's a simple question with a simple answer, and one that's been asked and answered repeatedly. But I don't think it's a dumb question, which is why I answered it with a sufficient answer.

Best public tracker I can say is milkie.cc (it is actually semi-private, but they are always open)

Private tracker currently open and will close anytime soon today or tomorrow. See if you like their content https://upload.cx/register

If you are willing to pay, try usenet. Cost is cheap now because of black friday deals.

Edit: Damn milkie cc suddenly closed registration after what 2 years?

No idea regarding automation, but you can get (some) 4K TV series off rutracker (a public tracker).

https://rutracker.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=119

The site itself is in russian, but search queries in English work perfectly.

Content from English speaking countries almost always (literally around ~99.9% of the time) includes the original English audio track. You will have to manually set language priority in your video client as russian audio is set as the default track, but this should be easy to do.

Keep in mind that non-English movies/series will include the original audio and a russian dub/VO, English dub/VO will not be included. English subs are typically provided for non-English content.
