Canada has 6,000 signed up to leave and officials are trying to reach another 2,500 over the weekend, an official in Trudeau's office said, adding that more flights were being added for Monday and Tuesday.

My friends just got back yesterday after their flight got cancelled last week. They said the bombing was so close to the airport they assumed their flights would be cancelled again.

Man that situation sucks.

I won’t defend Hezbollah at all, fuck them, I just feel awful for the Lebanese people caught in this.

Yeah, likewise. I'm upset about the terrorism of Hezbollah or Hamas, but Israel has quite obviously decided that two wrongs make a right and so is using this nightmare as an excuse to land-grab and settle scores, and the civilians in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon are suffering for it.

No argument here.

Hamas and Hezbollah are using the rules of engagement against Israel.

That doesn’t excuse Israel permanently forcing millions from their homes with nowhere to go and blocking food water and medicine aid.

The neat thing is how this gives us a chance to re-examine run-on sentences and our opinions about hezbollah and all the other organizations Israel hates.

To be clear, I also think the actions of Israel are too far.

Blocking aid to starving citizens for example is an atrocity. Flattening entire cities isn’t okay. Settlement wasn’t/isn’t okay.
