Same. If Israel had used a different, less indiscriminate method or had at least done it at a time that people weren't going to be in public, then I would have been a bit more supportive.
I think I understand what Israel was going for - I think they were mainly trying to scare the shit out of Hezbollah and cause chaos by making their main routes of communication compromised; and you know what, I think that's reasonable. However, like usual, they apparently decided that civilian casualties don't matter; which is where I draw the line.
"Should we be making sure we aren't gonna kill civilians?"
"Lmao, nah, just rig anything electronic that has any remote connection to Hezbollah with explosives. Everyone knows that everyone in Lebanon is """Hezbollah"""." - Israel, probably.
i feel like if they manufactured the devices they could've made them traceable and killed specific targets
Don’t let America hear that. They’ll call you a terrorist and tankie for having the gall of skepticism.
The best part is that terrorism is only terrorism when its done by people you don't like to people you do like. Very simply definition.
And you can usually tell at a glance based on the color of the parties' skin.
As usual
When has Hezbollah even done terrorism? Aren't they more of a typical (para) military organization?
