I think maybe it's so self-consciously cringe it's actually based? Payman has quite a lot of good will banked with me, though, so I may be biased.

I agree, thought it was pretty funny. The Senate is filled with weird publicity stunts.

Honestly was expecting worse, too bad she'll likely be dismissed over it, but then again I'm not Australian so idk.

Na, she's already a cross-bencher. Another ~4 years on her term. She'd have to do something pretty drastic to even get censured.

And when you've got kooky ol'Malcolm Roberts next to her sounding like he's about as high as the ISS everytime he stands to speak, i think Payman will be fine.
