Brian Kernighan. Got the chance to have lunch with him!

Did he make you manually allocate all the space for food in your stomach before you started to eat?
I spotted Tom Hardy rushing through a London train a few years ago. I gave him a nod and he gave me the βdonβt tell anyone Iβm hereβ look. My Mum was next to me and pretty upset she didnβt notice him, because she thinks heβs a pretty handsome guy!
Work at an airport if you want to meet famous people. I've chatted with a ton. But my favorites were Jerry and Meara Stiller. Insanely cute couple, sweet and funny.
Steve Irwin. Sandra Bullock. The boys from Powderfinger. Dean Martin. Probably others.
I sold a copy of Golden Sun to Venus Williams once.
I drove the bus driver for Slipknot back to his bus.
I also partied with Pretty Lights and Griz in a campsite but didnt know it at the time. Super chill people.
Sting and Bill Gates
Probably Randy Bachman. A friend and I were drunk walking at night and he was just hanging outside a venue so we chatted and got pictures.
I yelled WANKER at Boris Johnson in person.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau probably. He's the actor who plays Jaime Lannister in Game of Thrones.
Define "met".
If you mean had an actual conversation with, then I've met exactly zero famous people.
If you mean saw once in the crowd or got an autograph in-person, then I've met a bunch of Star Trek and Stargate actors at various conventions. Most memorable one was John De Lancie (Q). He saw how long the queue was to the table where he and a few others were doing the signing, got up and walked the line chatting up the fans and taking selfies. The worst one was Marc Alaimo (Dukat), who appeared to be visibly drunk during the panel, and was hitting on my wife during the autograph signing.
