I know this isn't technically photography but I mean it's not every day you see little aliens with acid for blood in the bin area.

Given the first post was a picture of a packet of twisties, I think anything taken with a camera is fine here. https://aussie.zone/post/54310

I wonder how it panned out I never tried any

Surely they were just raspberry flavoured and not a combination of cheese and raspberry. I reckon everyone's minds and tastebuds imagined the latter and were grossed out on mass.

Still cannot wrap my head around it. Would it have the same texture as twisties? Or more like a soft lolly

Sad to see them like this but pretty awesome find. We got this at Supanova in 2018 I think.

What's the maroon coloured bin?

Compost. It's a Inner West Council thing borrowed from other councils like Lismore. I don't know if Inner West runs it's own compost business like Lismore used to/does (I think) or contracts it out. All the flats have little compost bins and there's a couple bin areas with a single big compost bin we're meant to empty our compost into. We use it a lot but I don't think many of our neighbours do. Sometimes I open the rubbish bins and there's recycling in them and vice versa. What am I going to do, act like Kathleen Turner in Serial Mom?

I took the rusty aliens out of a box sitting next to the compost for the photo, they weren't in the compost bin.
