Yep, the water too
Yes. Weighing the beans helps a LOT with consistency. Trying to measure them by eye can have you off by more than a third sometimes.
And weighing the water is convenient and easy if you're already weighing beans.
Wow, and here I am using the same size cup and scoop every time like a rube ;)
Greater Goods makes good scales at a solid price. I'm going on 3+ years with their basic one.
