I made this shelf to hold mugs I’ve collected from traveling. The outer case is oak (I think), and shelves are other random scraps. Used a French cleat on the back to hang it.

Looks slick and sleek! I like the clean look of it all. Did you drill all the shelf holder holes or upcycle the sides for this project? Also, what finish did you use to match everything? Did you router the top and bottom?

That turned out great! Are all the mugs with country/city names from the same manufacturer? They all look similar. Neat.

Yes — Starbucks over the years has done different styles of mugs for travel series
