Also, the endless paperwork and questions for months on end before you even get to talk about your problems.

It's especially infuriating because if I had money coming out my ears I'm sure an expensive psychologist wouldn't force me through all this data collection that I am forced to suffer because I am poor. The well-to-do just get to go in and talk.
