Não sei se já existe algo em Portugal, com algum operador ou outra forma, mas existe em outros países em que pagas X e tens direito a Y serviços de stream, podes alterar os serviços como te apetecer pagando sempre a mesma quantia.
Ex: Pagas €20 e tens direito a 5 serviços stream, e podes escolher entre Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO...
