Work has me anxious. I hate my office but I need to stick it out whilst I look for a new job.

Today I went in and actually felt very faint... I'm a bit worried. Low level panic attack or something else? I took the afternoon off...

For me a low level panic attack feels like my heart is off, and there is a deep pit in my stomach. Feeling faint sounds a little more physiological, but could be a response to stress I guess.

I think I'll talk to my GP. He's been a bit worried about my blood pressure. 😳

feeling faint sounds like hyperventilation, a common symptom of panic , there may also be some muscle tightness around the chest
