i have this habit of nuking my plates and bowls in the microwave to make them warm so food stays warm for longer. recently found out that many of my plates and bowls have fatigue crack lol, very prone to chipping and I also found fine cracks.

anwyays i just destroyed a tub of hyperabadi chicken fry briyani meant for 2 people (around 700g), no ragrets. gonna drink some chai to wash it down. probably 1500+++ calories lol this meal.

Can't go wrong with masala chai, unless the caffeine gives you anxiety.

caffeine from tea-based drink is ok.. after having that chai i had a 2-in-1 coffee, that actually gave me light-headedness.

Ceramic plate or melamine? Should've use an oven for that if you're using ceramic, turn the temp to lowest.
