How goods a random panic attack outta nowhere?! Had a relatively good day I thought, but all of a sudden I’m struggling to breath and my heart feels like it’s skipping beats. Bit of slow breathing and I’m good again, but like, wtf brain!? We’re good. There’s no threats here. Chill out.

Ugh, you poor bugger. I can relate as I had that happen to me for a number of years. The ones I hated most were the ones I got during the night. I'd go to bed: fine. Go to sleep: fine. Wake up at 1:30 or 2ish in the morning having a full blown panic attack as I awoke. 0/10 recommend.

Oh no! That sounds horrific! I’ve never woken up to one thankfully. But when I was in my late teens/early 20s I’d sometimes wake up with amnesia. Not know who I was or where I was for a good 5 minutes and that was scary enough.

Woah, that's frightening as. Glad you don't have to deal with that anymore!
