How to open a post link from an instance into another instance? (lemmy.ml)

Hello, Lets say that I found a post on lemmy.eus, for example: https://lemmy.eus/post/168138 I want to comment on it, but I don't want to create an account on lemmy.eus as I already have one on lemmy.ml and lemmy.world. How can I find easily the post on lemmy.world so I can comment from there? I tried to use change eus to world in the url but this does not work.

I'm not saying I have the answer but maybe more knowledgeable people might come by if there is a discussion going on...

What about you subscribe to the community, and then post there?

It's not ideal of course.
