Ik hoorde laatst iemand nog noemen waarom hij liever zou huren dan kopen. Hij noemde dat je dan "geen onderhoudskosten hebt".

Helaas moet je dan wel mazzel hebben dat je huurbaas ook daadwerkelijk onderhoud uitvoert...
