“Implement twitter” is one of the most common programming practice problems. The complications of Twitter are how it scales to meet load (which Elon has clearly demonstrated he does not understand, given how many times he's broken the site by “turning off unnecessary microservices”). Decent chance Threads not only doesn't use Elon's alleged special secret sauce, and further more likely uses a much more technically advanced special secret sauce
