very long week. quick soak in the bath after work, now wine and cricket. good.

also, baked a sweet potato on the air fryer then loaded it up with goodies (grated zucchini, carrot, fried beans that I mixed with garlic, diced onion and a bunch of spices, carrot and some cheese.

will def be doing that again!
