My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.

I like having a keyboard and mouse. Doing things on a smartphone is a last resort.
For me I'll add to this the touch pad on my laptop. Using those things drives me crazy.
I hate using PC touchpads but my Mac touchpad is /chefskiss
Il the opposite, I used to hate trackpads, but now I kind of miss the multitouch gestures when I'm using my desktop.
I'm very capable and acclimated to my smartphone. I've been using android since the g1 days.
That said I can do a deep google search or research into things way more efficiently on a laptop or desktop with an actual browser that has tabs, proper multiwindow support, and of course a screen big enough to make it work.
