Never seen this sub reddit. First saw in fediverse.

Caught on that it is a meme sub, but I still don't get "the rule" schtick tho

r/196 had one and only one rule - if it was your first time visiting the sub, you must post before leaving.

This lead to many posts with just “rule” as the title. The rest is history.
