Solarpunk

I work for a company that does supply chain automation and stocks tracking for big chain food retailers in my area.

We use clever statistics tricks with sophisticated constraint solvers to help retail chains plan their supply in accordance with the demand, while producing as little waste as possible. It's basically sustainability-focused planned economy + automation.

In my own time I do hobby research into critical pedagogy, experimentally-proven learning techniques, neuroscience of memory and skill acquisition, as well as electronic knowledge extraction and retrieval technologies.

In my imaginary solarpunk utopia, I help maintain sustainable production and distribution of goods, while teaching and maintaining open archives for informational commons.
