Thumb in or out? I always forget… :/

Out and wrapped around the space between your 2nd and 3rd knuckle, so that it doesn't hit anything. Thumb-in can break your thumb if you punch hard. Basically it's there to keep the striking part of the fist firm, not to be part of the actual stiking
