wasn’t expecting to like these as much as i did! taking back sunday is a band i’ve been meaning to look into for a long time, but have never really gotten around to. and blackwater holylight, while a little bit low energy for me personally, has a really lovely laid back sound that i like too!

your ghengis khan suggestion reminds me of this ghengis kahn which is a pretty different genre, but pretty catchy nonetheless

Blackwater is new to me as well, but the mellow vibe mixed with sweet riffs hits the spot when I’m in the mood.

The Genghis Khan you shared is catchy as hell!
