I still feel like total shit, can't tell if it's just my allergies or if I should still be blaming the air quality.

Constant smoke feels like allergies. I don't even have the typical allergies, but back when I lived in the CA Central Valley this would happen every year, and yeah, it made me feel like I had the flu.
