I still feel like total shit, can't tell if it's just my allergies or if I should still be blaming the air quality.

It could be both. Pollen levels are really high this year.

It probably is a mix of both... my teenaged kid already had seasonal allergies pretty bad this year. once wildfires smoke arrived (we are in Missouri), he developed a cough on top of it. And my eyes sting every day... and even our doggie is sneezing daily now.
