What will be necessary to make this community as informative as the subreddit? Will there need to be sub-communities for fanart, and strict rules about leaks?

I'm all for more content, but are the subreddit rules easily ported over?

First of all: We need more people. After that we can decide about rules.

This 100%. Until there are enough people, you can usually just play things fast and loose.
