I'm really looking forward to season 2 of Mushoku Tensei that's airing in just 4 days; as well as new seasons of The Eminence in Shadow and Spy X Family in October sometime.

I'll also probably check out Dekiru Neko (The Masterful Cat) and that one isekai where the mc is reincarnated as hecking vending machine... how much crazier can these get? :s

Not on that list because it's a little far out, but my wife and I are stoked for the Trigger adaptation of Dungeon Meshi
