Uh, say more about this... Do you have to have a Turkish credit card/address?
I set up with my local AUD card, after my Natflix AU was no longer active with a subscription, I bought a Turkish gift card for the first month, with the original AUD debit card still being on the account.
My bank doesn't charge fees for foreign charges.
I also just bought the ad-free cheap month, then asked Netflix to revoke it and refund me.
