Does anyone have pro tips to get Telus to actually install fiber to the home when it's present in the alley? I can see the lines 20 feet from my window, and the building across the alley is hooked up. When I call Telus, they say it's not available, then they put in a ticket to ask the back office, and again it's "not available".

Telus is such a hot fucking mess. They talk about laying off people, it's like nah bro, do the opposite. Hire some people. Invest in your communications and common sense and you'll have way more revenue to offset the costs.

Yeah, I expect they could at least double their business on my street by moving people from Shaw to PureFibre.
