A study si more than 80k people (that's a lot) shows that to be healthier, you don't have to upset your habits or make time for new activities:

Jokes aside, nobody who didn't drive a car, and especially the children, deserved this. This is car drivers committing a mass suicide and bringing the rest of us with them.
