Because the ICC is smart enough to know that if they just completely ignore Israel exterminating an entire country, they will completely lose all credibility that they might of had. The US government, on the other hand, is controlled by insane octogenarians.

Oh ok. Right, so the west (Europe, UK, US) are PRO-Israel, meaning they are AGAINST the arrest warrants for Netenyahu et.al. If the west we're pulling the strings of the ICC, then it wouldn't have issued the warrants in the first place.

I wish I was a conspiracy theorist; I would love to have the certainty. Nevertheless I merely point out a very common and true accusation that the icc's & icj's purpose is use the legal system against the global south to justify the western capitalist empire's hegemony.

You're either living under a rock or willfully ignorant about this fact and your choice of primary instance informs my that it's likely the latter since you have internet access but refuse to inform yourself of our reality.
