Woah it’s different in here. What’s with the red line?🥴

[–] RustyRaven@aussie.zone 7 points 2 years ago (2 children)

There has been a Lemmy upgrade. I presume the red line is there to stop the comments accidentally sliding off the side of the screen.

Maybe it’s harking back to when kids had to rule the side of the page with red biro

[–] Thornburywitch@aussie.zone 4 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I don’t think so, but my kid’s writing is a dog’s breakfast so I don’t comment from an informed position

[–] useless_modern_god@aussie.zone 2 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Wow ok. Looking at it through the Lemmy.one instance there’s no red line.

[–] RustyRaven@aussie.zone 3 points 2 years ago

It depends on when each individual instance is updated, as they all run separately.

[–] calhoon2005@aussie.zone 2 points 2 years ago

They haven't updated yet I don't think

Makes a nice space to park the cursor when scrolling with pgup/dn keys on the desktop.

[–] useless_modern_god@aussie.zone 3 points 2 years ago

I would definitely do that if I had a cursor. or a desk top for that matter. I do have desk though so step one completed.
